Diane (she/her) is a trauma-informed therapist and Registered Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through breakups, separation, divorce, grief, anxiety, and abusive relationship dynamics. Drawing from her work in shelters, legal systems, and community settings, Diane offers a grounded, compassionate space to navigate life’s most painful transitions with clarity and strength. Her practice is rooted in feminist, person-centred, and strength-based approaches that honour each client’s autonomy, resilience, and right to heal on their own terms.
