Suzanna Dreifelds (she/her) is a warm and grounded coach who creates affirming spaces for neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+, and creative adults to build self-understanding, communication skills, and emotional regulation. She works with clients who often feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck—people who know they're capable of more but need the right systems, insight, and support to move forward authentically. She also supports therapists, educators, and entrepreneurs in developing innovative practices and sustainable growth mindsets.

Her coaching style is honest, compassionate, and deeply clarifying. Clients describe Suzanna as someone who makes them feel safe enough to be fully themselves, while also being direct in a way that brings clarity and sparks real change. She blends practical tools with intuitive insight, helping people communicate more clearly, regulate emotions, and navigate identity with confidence.
