Jesseca DeMone (MC, Registered Provisional Psychologist) works with individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Her areas of focus include emotional connection, intimacy, sexuality, identity, attachment wounds, sexual behaviours, and relational patterns. As someone with ADHD herself, Jesseca brings a genuine neurodivergent lens to her work and is known for her visual explanations, practical tools, and collaborative exploration.
With lived and professional experience in sexual and reproductive health, Jesseca provides a non-pathologizing lens for those navigating desire discrepancies, pelvic pain, performance anxiety, anorgasmia, and distress around sexual behaviours, such as porn usage.
Jesseca views people as relational beings who are wired for connection. Her work supports those longing for a deeper connection with themselves, questioning old patterns, exploring who they are outside of their relationships, or rebuilding trust in themselves after experiences that left them feeling hurt, abandoned, or disconnected.
Jesseca believes that healing happens through connection, and is known for balancing warmth with honesty. She will validate your experiences and call you on patterns when it's time. Clients who appreciate being challenged alongside being seen enjoy her style.
Jesseca works with individual adults navigating:
Jesseca works with individuals only. If you are looking for couples therapy, the RTW team can connect you with a practitioner whose scope includes relational work.
Jesseca works from an exploratory blend of attachment, somatic awareness, narrative, and IFS parts-based frameworks. Her work is grounded in attachment theory and rooted in genuine curiosity. She pays close attention to the nervous system, slowing down to meet the clients where they are at.
Her Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training adds a structured trauma-processing layer for clients whose experiences are rooted in attachment wounds or adverse events. She uses EMDR when stabilization and readiness are established, not as a first-session tool.
Psychoeducation is woven throughout. Clients frequently leave sessions with a new lens on why something has been happening, not just tools for managing it.
She will reflect patterns back to you when the time is right and her sessions are often visual. She maps with clients out loud, and many people photograph the whiteboard at the end of a session because something has shifted into clarity.
