Madelaine developed three practice frameworks: Radical Freedom™ (trauma-informed CNM), the SPICE Method™ (kink integration), and the Brilliance Blueprint™ (neurodivergence). She is a professional educator on ethical AI use in therapy across Canada and is available for speaking, training, and facilitation.
She accepts new therapy clients with a preference for couples, polycules, neurodivergent and 2E individuals, sex workers, and complex high-speciality presentations.
Madelaine Robillard is a Certified Sexologist (American Board of Sexology, #25594) and Registered Social Worker in Calgary (ACSW #15730) with a clinical focus that most practitioners in Canada do not have: the intersection of consensual non-monogamy, kink and BDSM, trauma, neurodivergence, and sex-positive care.
She built Revolution Therapy & Wellness on Treaty 7 territory to address a specific gap: people navigating complex, intersecting identities who couldn't find practitioners willing to actually meet them where they were. RTW now serves a multidisciplinary collective of registered therapists, psychologists, a dietitian, and wellness practitioners, all grounded in that same commitment.
Madelaine is herself queer, neurodivergent, and femme-presenting. She doesn't just affirm these identities professionally. She inhabits them. That lived knowledge is woven into her clinical work, her supervision, and her frameworks.
She works from a decolonial, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and sex-positive foundation. She asks questions most therapists are trained not to ask. She holds complexity without flattening it.
Madelaine accepts new therapy clients with a preference for:
Depending on therapeutic fit, Madelaine may connect you with a Revolution practitioner whose scope and specialization better match your specific needs. This is a feature, not a limitation. The collective exists precisely so that the right practitioner, not just an available one, can support you.
Madelaine works from a decolonial, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and sex-positive foundation. Her practice is shaped by her own lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent person and by nearly two decades of clinical work at the intersections most practitioners avoid.
She developed three frameworks used in both clinical practice and professional education settings. Radical Freedom™ is a trauma-informed approach to navigating consensual non-monogamy with authenticity, curiosity, and relational depth. The SPICE Method™ supports kink and BDSM integration in therapeutic and personal contexts. The Brilliance Blueprint™ is a neurodivergence-affirming framework centring strengths, identity, and sustainable flourishing.
She asks questions most therapists are trained not to ask. She won't redirect you toward a more conventional life. The work begins from where you actually are.
Madelaine also provides clinical supervision and consultation for therapists, social workers, and counsellors in Alberta building competence in sex-positive, kink-affirming, CNM-affirming, trauma-informed, and AI-integrated practice. Contact admin@revolutiontw.com for availability.

A Certified Sexologist holds professional training and credentialing specifically in human sexuality, sexual health, and sex-positive clinical practice beyond standard therapy training. Madelaine is certified through the American Board of Sexology (#25594), meaning her work with sexuality, kink, CNM, and sexual health concerns is grounded in specialized clinical education, not accommodation.
Yes. Madelaine specializes in consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships, relationship anarchy, and kink and BDSM-integrated therapy in Calgary. She developed the Radical Freedom™ and SPICE Method™ frameworks specifically for this work.

Radical Freedom™ is a trauma-informed framework developed by Madelaine Robillard for navigating consensual non-monogamy with authenticity, curiosity, empowerment, and relational depth. It is used in clinical practice and professional education through Revolution Therapy & Wellness.
Yes. Madelaine is available for keynotes, professional training, workshop facilitation, and clinical consultation on CNM, kink-affirming practice, neurodivergence, complex case conceptualization, ethics, ethical AI in therapy, and sex-positive care. Contact admin@revolutiontw.com.
Yes. Madelaine built Revolution Therapy & Wellness specifically because most therapy settings were not designed for neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, 2E, etc.,) folks, people in CNM relationships, kink communities, or at complex identity intersections. You will not be treated as a problem to be solved, managed, or redirected toward a more conventional life. The work begins from where you actually are.
Revolution Therapy & Wellness exists as a collective so that the right practitioner can serve each client, not just whoever has availability. If Madelaine’s current caseload or specialisation isn’t the strongest match for your needs, she may refer you to a colleague within the collective whose scope is a more precise fit. This is intentional and considered, not a dismissal.
Yes. Madelaine has delivered professional education on ethical AI use in therapy across Canada and is available for training, workshops, and consultation for clinical teams and organisations navigating AI integration within ACSW, CASW, and PIPEDA frameworks. Contact admin@revolutiontw.com.
