Christina (she/her) is a compassionate and culturally sensitive mental health therapist who creates a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, identities, and personal growth. She specializes in working with 2SLGBTQIA+, consensually non-monogamous, and BIPOC individuals, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges.
As a first-generation immigrant, Christina understands the complexities of identity, belonging, and cultural expectations. She is passionate about helping young adults and BIPOC individuals build confidence, self-trust, and resilience in their personal and professional lives.
